She combines a strong understanding of customer behaviors, brand purpose, traditional and digital marketing, with a rigorous strategic and commercial analysis and creative problem solving to help companies optimize their business model and grow.

She started at McKinsey & Company, and since held a variety of roles in cross-border payments and FIs from American Express, where she spent 10 years in strategy, planning, product management and product development, Bupa International, as Director Strategy and Market Development function and a member of the Executive Board, and recently Western Union, as SVP Global Brand, Marketing and Customer Engagement and served on the Board of their Foundation.
