Hooters Endless Craving Card campaign was launched on Black Friday 2016 as a promotional program to increase customer awareness of the popular casual dining chain’s recent new gift card website and offer a personalized thanks to its loyal customer base. For a limited time, customers were offered the ability to purchase an “Endless Craving Card” for $100, which gave them $20 a day in Hooters food through January 8, 2017. Hooters offered only 3,000 personalized cards in order to offer customers a unique and exclusive experience, further differentiating the casual dining chain from other restaurants. Hooters saw tremendous results from the month-long promotion, nearly selling out of cards, experiencing high rates of customer engagement and broad awareness through editorial promotion.
