FAQs

Entries for 2024 PAY360 Awards are now open!

Do I have to pay to submit an entry?

Members of The Payments Association can submit 3 free entries, non-members 1 free entry.  Additional entries can be submitted at a cost of £100 per additional entry in the form of a donation to our charity partner.

Can I enter more than one category?

Absolutely, there is no limit to the number of categories you can enter.

If we have been unsuccessful in the past can we enter again if the solution has developed further?

Yes of course, but you will need to re-submit it as a new entry for this year.

Why should I submit an entry?

The PAY360 Awards are voted for by an independent panel of expert judges so are recognised by the industry as the most esteemed awards you can win.

When do entries open?

Entries for The PAY360 Awards 2024 are now open.

When do entries close?

You need to submit your completed entry, along with any supporting documents by 5pm on Friday 5th April 2024.

How are the Awards judged?

The independent judging panel will take a range of attributes into account when reviewing the entry forms – you can see the criteria that you will be marked against on the category’s description page and how the judges choose their winner on the Call for Entries page.

Our project results/outcomes have changed since we submitted our entry, can we update our entry?

Yes, you can amend your entry at any time up until the entry deadline.  You simply need to log back in with your original registration details.
